I had a wonderful experience when I showed up at 8AM in search for replacement bathroom lavatory facet aerators. about the faucet brand (Moen) and model (which I did not know).i However the advice given was amazingly accurate. Call the Moen HQ and ask for customer service. The service staff are very patient and knowledgeable. She determined what would be the proper size aerator and then volunteered to ship them to me at no charge. This was exactly what the owner described would likely happen. thank you for running a friendly and knowledgeable local plumbing business. Bruce Weber

AMAZING customer service!!!! It is never a good thing to learn there isn’t any hot water, especially at night; however, in less than 12 hours the water heater was repaired. Thank you David and team.

Rafael showed up at my house in a timely manner. I showed him what I needed done under my kitchen sink, he then showed me a fair and very reasonable offer to correct all the issues. Rafael was very pleasant, courteous and kept his work area very clean. He is definitely an asset to the business. Geers Plumbing is my GOTO Plumbing Business going forward!! Highly Recommended.
